Shipping & Delivery

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the expected timeframes, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information.

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Dental Accessories to import the goods on their behalf and acknowledges that Dental Accessories may delegate this obligation to a subcontractor (e.g., a customs broker). Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the consignee.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible—typically within 1–2 business days. However, we do not guarantee same-day or next-day shipping.

Some items ship from a larger warehouse, which may occasionally experience delays—especially during high order volumes or when we’re waiting for restocks from manufacturers. If there’s a delay with your order, we’ll reach out and keep you informed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time typically begin processing the following business day. Please note that processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and delivery are listed below.

  • U.S. Orders: May take 8–11 business days from the date of shipment (not the order date), depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand: 8–12 business days from shipment.

  • Other international destinations: Up to 15 business days from shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We typically use USPS or UPS for domestic and international orders, but we may select alternative carriers to meet shipping requirements. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from DentalAccessories.org, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package. This will be deducted from any refund issued.

EFFECTS OF COVID-19

While we work hard to maintain our shipping timelines, COVID-19 may still impact international transit times, especially through customs. Orders may take up to 5 days longer to arrive. We continue to offer Free Express Shipping to support our customers during this time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Please email us within this time with your reason for canceling. Cancellations after shipment cannot be accepted.

Dental Accessories offers full refunds on products returned in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be minus the shipping costs (both to and from the customer). Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please email support@dentalaccessories.org to start a return.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Prices on our site are in U.S. Dollars and do not include taxes or import duties. These may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

Import taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

Dental Accessories reserves the right to require a common shipping and billing address if we are unable to verify the shipping address provided.

We also reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders if we detect excessive returns, altered/damaged products, or suspected fraud. These rights apply both in-store and online.
