When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. Orders will be shipped the next day after the processing day. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Europe and Asia. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account. We will not accept cancellations after the product is dispatched.

Dental Accessories will offer a full refund on our products if they are returned in the original condition, including packaging. This refund will be deducted of the real shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return our product. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
